my sony cd player display goes ape**** when it's real humid/foggy outside...the only fix is to run the defroster for about an hour...
it is one of the Sony XM ready radios...flip down face..the silver one from wal-mart-i mean crap mart
anybody have probs like this with a radio..
any btw, do i just have to subscribe to the XM service, or buy some other stuff to go along with it?
I used to have problems like that when I had a Sony HU. For the last 4-5 years I've gone with nothing but Alpine and have had some really nice units! It may still be under warranty though, so you should probably call sony and see if they can help. Also be sure to check if they have a lemon policy, that got me a free one once..haha.
As far as XM, you have to subscribe and buy an XM tuner and maybe even an antenna for it also, I don't have it, I still do it the illegal way of downloading songs and playing mp3 discs. (Naughty me)
