jerking

My truck has started making this weird jerking movement while driving. It doesn't happen constantly, just every now and then. The truck is a V-10 F350. Any suggestions as to what is causing this, or what I can do to fix it? Any information is appreciated.

What conditions are required to produce it (speed, level/climbing hills, accelerating, etc.) ? More info needed...

Mine does this quite frequently when I pull up to a light next to a chebbie or one of them hemi heaps. Seems related to a problem with the accelerator connected to the powerstroke, results in a lot of black smoke and shredded tires.

Oh yeah, them trucks getting smaller in the rearview mirror as well...
