Fair Price?

I own a black 93 xlt (351, automatic, pretty much stock) that I want to build up. Lift, bigger tires, intake/exhaust etc.. The Problem is, I'm a high school student and don't have alot of time or experience to do all of that my self.

That was wierd, it submited it when i hit the space bar. I dunno.
so any ways....I met a guy who is going to sell his 90 eddie bauer with alot of extras:
4 inch suspension lift
K&N
Exhaust
Throttle Body spacer
35" tires
American Racing wheels
Headers
light bar
Brush gaurd
Nice sound system

It has a really nice paint job (black and tan) and a cloth interior. Thats good because i don't like leather (too hot in the texas summers). The engine only has like 3000 miles on it. He was asking for $8000 for it, does that seem like a good deal? It has pretty much all of the things I want to do to mine, but can't.
Oh, he also seemed to be pretty flexible with payment since Im a student.

i think it's to much money. i bought a stock 93 eddie bauer it had 200000 miles the engine had 20000 body needs minor work paid 1800.00 for it spent another 3000.00 for 4" rancho lift with extended arms,35"pro comp. xterrains, american racing wheels, hedman headers,k&n,flowmaster muffler plus more and i did it all myself. my point is that your better off buiding your own truck rather buying someone else's truck
