No start no crank
My 2000 V6. 3.0L has given me a real challenge- on two occassions the truck has not started. After asking 10 different shops what the problem might be- with 10 different answers, here is the results. The computer code showed : NO Start-No Crank. After letting it sit for awhile it would start!!
The problem was an $8.00 relay switch and a corraded starter cable. Once the cable dried out in the shop it would work, when we left the truck outside-the cold wet climate would cause the problem.
