Ok guys I have read most of the articles and forum threads about the different types of front end mods. What I need to know is which one
1. Looks the best
2. Easiest
3. Gives the best ride
4. Cost the least
and
5. Needs the least amount of maintenance.

I hope you aren;t looking for any definitive answers to this question. Here's my opinions, not necessarily in order.
1. Looks the best
Corvette, No-Limit Wide Ride, Nicely detailed stock, MII variants
2. Easiest
Stock rebuild, Aerostar
3. Gives the best ride
Volare and Gibbons, full clip jobs Ford or GM style
4. Cost the least
Stock and Aerostar if you assign any value to your install time. For a few hundred dollars more add Volare, full clip jobs.
5. Needs the least amount of maintenance.
Probably a big toss up if you start with a fresh suspension.
May I take the liberty of adding a handling category. Corvette, Full clip jobs based on big Ford or GM, probably No Limit Wide Ride right in there too.
Hope I cleared up your decision on the best suspension. There clearly is no correct answer. We've proven that IMO. It's your call. Pick what features are important to YOU and go with it.
EDIT, I missed the part where you said IFS. Oh well, I don't feel like erasing.
Thanks, I think Kenny saw my post and pointed out his. I guess you guys get this one often. Can you modify the stock setup to use power steering and disc brakes? I am sure I can live with most anything but the steering has to be much smoother.
