I have a 96' Ranger 3.0L V6 106,000 miles. One of my headlights is pointing lower than the other. Does anyone have a comment on how to adjust the headlight.
In the past I have adjusted a headlight by shining the lights on a garage door and adjusting to match. I have passed inspection after doing this. Good luck.

i recentlty replaced my 93 headlights, the plastic yellowed so the new ones needed adjusting. on the backside there are 3 screws that stand out behind the lamp housing. there are flat ***** that are on the screws. these are used to adjust the lights. as you turn them either way they cause the lamp to go up or down. one of them causes the lamp to go left or right. i hope you have small hands. 2 of them are on one side up n down. the 1 on the oposite side is left n right. i go out on a dark road,as i live in the country and adjust them. the garage door method also works.
