Any engine does. Cold air is more dense than warm air. Because of this, there is more O2 available in a given volume of cold air than for the same volume of hot air. Its a little like what nitrous does for you. The more oxygen you have, the more fuel you can burn (or the more efficiently you can burn what's there).

oxgen does not burn it just lets a fire breath better so cold air can let your engine burn with more power. Thats where we get the cold air intake designs. all bronc 2 have cold air intake it a basic yet smart design

Lets clear up whats going on in the combustion camber. When the heat from the spark is applied to the air/fuel mixture it starts the process, the oxygen atoms combine with the hydorcarbon to form water, carbon dioxide and some other stuff. Each reaction uses a specific amount of each item to complete the reaction, once one item is used up the reaction stops. This is why you can smell gas when your running rich and the same thing goes when your lean but you can't smell the excess O2. Now cold air is more dense than warm air so it contains more O2, with more O2 in the combustion camber you can add more gas, with more of the two components you get more energy released. Hope this helps.
