Acceleration Rattle
Gentlemen:
I read some where on this forum that the 'honda accord' like rattling upon accerlation is from 'debris' in a heat sheild around the forn 'y' pipe or something. I think one guy said that the shield can collect rocks and stuff. I need to fix this as it is driving me crazy. Sounds like a piece of tin sitting on a combine.

Welcome to FTE!
Do a search on "flutter" here in the V10 forum. You get all th info you need to dampen the problem.
Oh - and have a piece of paper and pen ready - there's alot of info on this here.
