Expedition 2001 Sub Woofer Problem
I've been following the conversations in this forum about Ford Expedition Sub Woofer problems. Most of which have been about replacing the blown units. My question is "Just because the radio works, but the sub woofer doesn't, does this mean that the sub woofer is blown?" The SUV was taken to the Ford dealership for a repair to the sun roof. They disconnected the battery to conduct the repair and after the repair was completed, the sub woofer stopped working. Is there a power-up sequence that the sub woofer amp requires? Also is there a proper power-down sequence to the sub woofer amp so this won't happen again?
