More color questions!
On my 53 F100 (standard) what are the factory bumper, grille and parking light rim colors?

Bumpers were black. The grill and park light frames I dont know what they called the color in 53 but it was like an egg shell off-white.

I've heard "cream" being used to describe the color of the lights. Didn't realize the grill was cream also, though.
