What typer of truck? It was a chilly 41 farenheit this morning. It had been about 20 in the morning time the last few days, last week we hit high 70s and low 80s for a few days.

How about an indoor rink? Got up this morning to find water pouring out the recessed can lights from a broken water pipe on the second story. It was minus 26 degrees the other night. Water, water everywhere - clear down to the basement -what a mess!
It was 22 below (F) on Monday. Waaaaayyyyy too cold for me. We're up to 20+ today. Feels like a heat wave. Anything lower than 20 and I'm not a happy camper.
Originally posted by MetalSludge I dont feel so bad now ... I thought we were cold but its like a heat wave compared to you guys north of the border. low of 2+ high of 18+
I think those temps. would 'feel' colder if they were in Celsius
Wednesday night here in Jacksonville, Florida it got down to 29 degrees. That was too cold for me. The bad thing is that it was 81 here for the high on Monday. When the weather guys say hard freeze down here, that means its just going to be freezing for more than a couple of hours. Which we only see that maybe like 4 or 5 nights a year. I could never live up there where some of you guys live.
You all better keep my oranges safe!! It's been -10 to -14 here for about a week and I have had my fill. All you folk who live in buildings with Fire Sprinklers in your Parkades had better be draining the condensate water out. Or you'll be paying someone like me $120.00 per hour to rebuild your broke butt systems!!!
