heated seat kits
Check out this site if you want to add heated seats and do it yourself. I am going to order two kits in the near future.

Please post info on how easy or difficult the installation is. i am most interested in how towire the control(s) for the heater. I have the cloth seats but I still like the idea of heated seats during the winter months and this looks like the ticket.

I put a set of these in the wifes sport trac. It took all day. Realize that your seat covers may look a little "loose" after you put these in cause the elements cover the "pulls" that hold the covers tight in the middle of the seat and back. They work good though and the wife loved em till I traded the trac for a screw.Oh well. I located the switches on the center console instead of on the side of the seat for easier access and visibility. It was easier running wires through the console than the rocker cover though it was scary drilling into it for the mounting holes. If I was gonna put them in my screw I think I'd just mount the switches on the side of the seats. If your not up to DIYing these some upolstery shops will install em for you. -Jack
