It's even cold in AZ
It may be the desert, but it's still cold at 4 am. My 89 full size Bronco will hardly blow any air. It seems to blow a little when at crusing speeds, but not at idle. It also will only blow on certian settings, not on max for sure. When it's on, a burning smell comes from the vents. I jumped a 12v to the blower and it will run. Any ideas on what I should test next, and how should I do it. Any help would be great

If you have a burning smell I would suspect you have a short. You probably have a relay that is going bad. You may be able to trace the wires from the blower back to it.
