Does anyone have acceleration specs?
I'm looking for "official" specs for PSD SDs - 0-60 and passing (50-70) if possible.
Need it for my friendly neighborhood law enforcement officer who claimed I was going faster while passing than I think is possible with a stock PSD
- yes, that's my story and I'm sticking with it!!

Find out when the last time the gun was calibrated and the officer certified. I read one time that in a lot of cases one of the two are out of date and a judege will dismiss the ticket.

It was radar, and the funny thing is, the local cop refused to show it to me, even though he said it was still locked on my speed. He gave me some crap about safety, blah blah. I should have offered to follow him back to the cop shop, but it didn't occur to me at the time. Sounded fishy to me... I asked him about calibrations, etc. and he said it was all up-to-date, which may or may not be the case. It was weird, he seemed to be in a really big hurry to get me going.
He said he clocked me at 78 in a 55, as I was passing a guy that was doing 50-ish. I don't really think I was going 78, might've hit 70 max.
The thing that really hacks me off is I'm not a big speeder. I drive this same route every day at about 60 - 62. Of course, I usually floor it when passing so I can get back into my lane as soon as possible.

You can request to see the radar unit (violators request) but the officer is not required to show it to you, make sure you bring this up in court, if the unit had not been calibrated and the officer not certified (unlikely) probably get the case dismissed, here in Georgia you could have had the unit impounded (it is evidence) really make 'em mad.
