I'm looking at purchasing a "new" truck. Its a 94 extracab flairside, 4x4, I-6, 5speed, dual tanks. Body is still pretty solid, very minor rust and not much at that either, its red. Good interior, red also, wow it matches and everything. I am not sure of the gear ratio. I would like to pull my 77 Bronco on a trailer behind it, maybe 5000-6000lbs or so. Its on a car lot hes asking $6500, could talk to him down some? What do we think. Would I be able to pull my rig with this ok. How about the price? Any input would be great. Thanx

That truck probable has a 3.55 or higher rearend ratio. The weak link is tha mazda trans for towing. If I am not mistakin that truck is only rated to tow 3100 lbs if it does have 3.55. An auto trans would pull 5000 but you should still have trailer brakes.
