I have a 89 f150 302, when it get cold out like below 30 it will start up and Immediately floods out. If i don't floor the gas as soon as it fires to clean it out it will foul out like 3or 4 plugs. It is very intermitant and it started doing this last year. I have replaced coolant sensor and the air temp sensors it not giving me any codes. What could be the problem?

I've never heard of an EFI engine flooding, but I guess it can happen.. Have you tried changing the fuel pressure regulator?
I would also check the ign. system as well.. I had a similar problem on an 88 Ranger with a 2.9V6.. coil was shot.
