tach goofy
when its below 30 tach does not work but once cab starts to get warm it works fine also if i tap on the dash it will work until the next stoplite but once truck starts to get warm never misses a lick . 90 f250 7.3 zf 3.55 4x4. any suggestions?

Had a gague cluster in an 86 F150 that did the same thing. Ended up taking the tach out and spraying the back side with an electronics contact cleaner/lubricant. Don't use WD-40, it is too "watery" and gums up over time. I used a lube that I got at my local Air conditioning supply house (I am an A/C contractor by trade). Good luck.
