Sometimes it seems like a handful of members sets the "tone" on the forum. It may be to or against your liking at the time. If you get discouraged, just check back in a while, each day brings new members and new "points of views".

Some might be like me-- I had up over fifty posts (okay, still just a little bitty contributor, but I was putting my 2 cents in every now and then), and I finally decided to join Club FTE. Got a new username now and starting all over again. Oh well, my old username will just sit there and rot I guess.

I hesitate to post because if I was to make a mis-statement or mention something that has already been discussed, then there is always someone willing to point out my error and makes me feel like a dummy.

Like many of you I work and cannot be on-line all day to check the forums. When I am able to surf the site I usually can only scan a few forums. Even when I search I don't always get what I want returned so I bring up something that has already been discussed and I look stupid when a reply points out the error of my ways.

I enjoy this site and many others but seldom post.

Please don't be discouraged

We here at FTE consider duplicate questions.... Content..... and we encourage it.

There aren't any stupid questions, there can be ignorant answers though

Remember *Quality* is worth more than quantity

Exactly what Mil1ion said.
But, knowing everything on paper doesnt mean your an expert
Research is nice, but if you can't take that research and use it, your not an expert
(Not saying you can't, or your not an expert) Just expressing my opinion

I will admit I am, or rather was, guilty of signing up and not posting. I read the forums all the time but didn't have much input on the topics as I didn't have a truck at first and then was a newbie to Ford trucks. All the info did help me decide on what options to get on my truck. My logon didn't work after a while and I got a new one and have posted a little. I'm still fairly new to the truck thing and my Ford hasn't had any problems so I still don't post a lot. If people here would have problems with the 89-93 mustang I'd be posting lots. But then they would be on the wrong forum

Otto, I have the Anniversary Edition coupe. Never really ran one against the other. Vette has higher top end but Lightning has some real muscle as well.

Both are great rides!!

OK, here's my 4th. I just found this place while researching info for a new (for me) van, but like many others I don't really consider myself to be any kind of expert on automotive stuff. I probably have read at least 1000 posts, though.
