I installed a 2.5inch leveling kit on my F-250 it came with a new track bar bracket. Ever since I get a popping in the front a it squeks in the front springs like crazy this really gets on my nerves but it looks so good. Anyone know what the problem could be? Thanks in advance.
Make sure the bolts holding the track bar bracket to the frame are tight, the popping noise could be the bracket seperating and then popping back and hitting the frame.
I replaced the stock hardware with a beefier grade bolts on my truck.
Have someone turn the wheel from left to right and keep your eye on the bracket, where it meets the frame. Of course make sure the vehicle has the emerg brake applied

I Had the exact thing hapen on my same lift. you need to air ratchet the bolt on the top of the track bar as tight as it will go with the air ratchet. that is the only thing that fixed it for me. What year truck is it.?
Its a 2001 F250 regular cab long bed I am running 35x12.50S on 16.5x12 Mickey Thompson wheels I get alot of compliments on the truck but I hate the pops and squeeks. Hope your remedy works for me too.
BikNut...Any chance for some pics I would like to see how your wheel/tire combo looks with that suspension. Did you have to do anything to keep it from rubbing????
