Question Small Problem, need help

03, F350 dually build date 11/02, when driving at about 65 mph 2000 rpm, truck has small burps / bumps / miss, but has no rythem to it, but it is continuous, this small what ever gets worse as you add load to truck. Ford has check this with portable computer and it show nothing, but when in truck very noticable almost as through it could be in chassic. anyone with ideas please post

SOME 2003-2004 SUPER DUTY F-SERIES AND EXCURSIONS EQUIPPED WITH A 6.0L DIESEL ENGINE MAY EXHIBIT A CRANK NO START, RUNS ROUGH, ENGINE MISSES, BUCKS/JERKS OR LACKS POWER CONDITION. THIS MAY BE DUE TO THE FUEL INJECTOR CONTROL MODULE (FICM) WIRE HARNESS CHAFING ON THE UPPER LEFT VALVE COVER STUD NEAR THE FICM. OTHER POSSIBLE SOURCES OF WIRE CHAFING ARE THE IDLER PULLEY UNDER THE THERMOSTAT (WIRING ROUTED AROUND POWER STEERING PUMP), LEFT FRONT VALVE COVER HOLD DOWN BOLTS/STUDS, EXHAUST BACK PRESSURE SENSOR BRACKET AT THERMOSTAT HOUSING, RIGHT VALVE COVER AT GLOW PLUG CONTROL MODULE, AP/ETC PEDAL WIRES AT STEERING COLUMN (ADJUSTABLE PEDAL APPLICATIONS ONLY), UNDER FICM AT VALVE COVER EDGE AND PCM HARNESS AT BATTERY BOX. REROUTE WIRING AND/OR INSTALL VACUUM CAPS ON STUDS CONTACTING HARNESS. REPAIR WIRING AS NECESSARY.

1994-2003 VARIOUS VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH 6.0L/7.3L - INJECTION CONTROL PRESSURE (ICP) AND EXHAUST BACK PRESSURE (EBP) WIRING CONNECTOR SERVICE KIT
SOME 1994-2003 VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH A 7.3L OR 2003 MY 6.0L DI TURBO ENGINE MAY EXHIBIT DRIVEABILITY CONDITIONS CAUSED BY THE ICP AND EBP WIRING CONNECTORS. IF A POOR CONNECTION EXISTS, THE ENGINE CONTROL SYSTEM MAY ENTER DEFAULT AND SET EITHER A P1280 (7.3L - ICP), P2285 (6.0L - ICP) OR A P0472 (6.0L AND 7.3L - EBP) DTC. THESE DTC'S TYPICALLY IDENTIFY AN OPEN CIRCUIT. IF EITHER OF THESE CODES IS PRESENT, CLEAR THE CODE AND WIGGLE TEST THE CONNECTOR. IF THE WIGGLE TEST IDENTIFIES THE CONDITION, EITHER CONNECTOR MAY BE REPLACED WITH SERVICE KIT FOR 1994-1996 7.3L (3C3Z-12224-BA) OR 1997-2003 7.3L OR 2003 6.0L (3C3Z-12224-AA). THE PACKAGE CONTAINS A CONNECTOR WITH PIGTAIL, 3 BUTT SPLICES, 3 SHRINK TUBES AND INSTRUCTIONS.
