First thing you need to know is whether or not your diff. is a limited slip. A friction modifier additive is required for limited slip diff's. 100k is a good time to change the fluid.
The ball joints and u-joints aren't the type that you can grease. Most times they will start squeeking before they fail. Check them all for play.
