Holley Carb.

Will a Holley 350 CFM carb bold directly on my 351M 2-bbl intake?

I have a Motorcraft 2150 2-bbl now that's about shot and I can get a 350 Holley from a friend for nearly nothing; but, will it bolt up to the stock Ford manifold?

Thanks for any info.

If it's one of those 2bbls holley's, yes it should bolt up.
