bed mount bushings
I was wondering did 67 f 100 come with any type of rubber bushing between the bed and frame. Mine was solid mounted. I m in the process of repairing the partially rusted out front channel that bolts to the frame and portions of the floor itself. I did notice that there appeared to be some kind of spacer on the front 2 bed mount bolts....................thanx

I don't reacll any bushings on the bed mounts. There may be some spacers to help level the bed. I don't kno if that's strictly a non-stock deal or if there was ever any from the factory. I don't remember anything on my 69 but the bed and the bolts.

Going by my truck (1971 stepside) and catalogs, no, there was never anything between the bed and frame. Though after 30 years who can tell what was done.

I had the same problem and to fab up a front cross member and floor fro my 69. From the condition of the bolts (Lumps of rust) I don't think that the bed had ever been off. I had to use the heat wrench to remove the bolts and there were no bushing or spacers.
