Tranny Question
is a 4r70w the same as an aode? just wondering because i thought the tranny in my 94 was an aode but i saw a 4r70w on hot rod tv and they look exactly the same. just wondered cause were having issues right now with it.

The 4R70W is an AOD/E with wider ratios. AFAIK it has replaced the AOD/E in all applications.
