Custom Tunes

Ken, What kind of things can I change when you have a chip custom tuned. I have a 2000 5.4L F-250, computer code CPY4. I need the custom tune for my JBA Headers I have installed. Can you tune the chip for a certain rpm range, ie(1000-4000) to get more low and mid range torque and power. I would also like to correct my spedo for 315/75/16 tires, firm up the tranny, and get rid of the speed limiter, So is this asking to much or is this do-able. Thanks TONY

Here's a list of what we program for (plus just about anything else):

www.motorhaven.com/custom.htm

The chip is programmed for power at all RPMs and throttle positions, not just the low end/mid-range. Correcting the speedometer is not a problem, I've handled the CPYx family of code many times.

Are the headers shorty or long tube?

Ordered my diablo sport chip yesterday, so you should have all my info. Looking foward to trying it out. You can never have too much power. The headers are JBA short tube

Too much power is never enough.... until you get so much power you can't put to the pavement!
