strap on digital temperature sensor
Maybe this is a dumb idea, but I've been trying to find out if anyone makes a temperature sensor that you could just tape or strap to the tubing going to the radiator, wrap with a piece of foam insulation and then put a digital gauge somewhere on your dash. I've searched the web and checked heating/cooling sites and haven't found anything. Anyone care to invent one? Maybe the readout could cycle between trans temp, water temp, voltage, etc. Maybe I'll check some computer accessory suppliers. I've seen similar things there.
