hi guys, just joined so hello and happy new year to one and all. my question is this, the 60 f100 1/2 t lwb, is it one of only two wheel bases available or did ford offer numerous length chassis ?, i beleive ford had 3 different "style side" body lengths, was the difference in the overhang alone or did chassis lengths vary by mere inches?. c u ....gary
There were 3 different length 1957-60 styleside bodies. Only two of these stylesides were available on the F-100. The 6.5' bed (used with the 110" wheelbase), and the 8' bed (used with the 118" wheelbase).
The 9' styleside bed (130" wheelbase) was only available on the F-350.
