tcase conversion elect -> manual?
OK, I am tired of fixing the glitches with my Borg Warner 1354 Electrical Tcase servo motor. Can anybody advise on converting this to a manual shifter? The last fix hopefully!!!!

Yank out the t-case switch on the dash, likewise with the t-case and bit of wiring with it, and swap manual t-case in same spot. Pop out the plate in the tunnel and cut carpet to get shifter through the tunnel. Plug manual t-case harness in and you are pretty much done, if memory serves correct.
I'm not sure about any driveline adjustments, since the t-case was made to sit on the same x-member in the same spot under the truck, so I think things can stay the way they are in that regard.
