cleaning the intercooler
looking for some advice on cleaning my intercooler, did a search and found nothing about this, there has to be some point at which it should be taken out and cleaned, the crankcase blowby is route to the top of the driver side head into through the turbo and intercooler soon after,but sooner or later that oily film is going to have a not so benifical effect on performance, did some surfing under other search engines and found there are some cleaners that ecthe aluminum and others dont, i want the ones that dont.yes this may be overkill, but im one of those preventative maintnace guys and want the most out of this motor.
