Brake question

I just got done installing both rotors, wheel bearings, brake pads, calipers and put in Warn Premium manual hubs on my 1996 Bronco. After I got it all assembled and took it for a test drive, and as I come to a COMPLETE stop, at about 1-2 mph, the brakes feel like they are releasing pressure in the system and the vehicle pulls to the right a little. The pedal drops down, theres sort of a whine coming from up front and then the pedal comes back up. It does this every single time I stop completely. Any ideas as to what this is? I also bled the entire system, front and rear. Could it be something with the ABS or something else in they system? Thanks as always.

There is a chance that it could be, (I forgot the name of the part), that distributes the pressure equally to each wheel. But only if it was a problem before. Otherwise, check the new brakes to make sure that the pads are seated firmly and not loose in the calipers. If they have too much movement in them, they can pitch a little and grab with one edge instead of the full face of the pad grabbing more than the other side. Also since you went thru and replaced everything except the master cylinder, it could be a chance that the master cylinder itself needs to be bled. Air can get into it without getting all the way thru the lines. So you see a good constant flow from the wheel cylinders but there is still an airpocket in the line that just ahsn't gotten all the way thru yet. If there was a prob with your ABS you should get the warning light. But then again the light may not be working. Check that as well.
