Like my 'Cool Hand Luke' Reference in the thread title? Love that movie. I asked this in the 87 to 96 forum, and for two days I haven't had any response that definetely answers my question.
If you have a 1992, F150 4x2 with the 4.9L, are your rubber bushings between the engine mount brackets installed exactly the same way, or is the driver side bushing upside-down as compared to the pass. side?? Each bushing has a visible stamped metal cap with holes in it on one side, and the other side is less diameter and all rubber. Sorry I have to keep asking this, I am so close to getting this truck on the road again and maybe I am starting to get overly excited or crazy?
Maybe you can peek under your truck for me, and confirm, much obliged to those that can give me a reply one way or the other.
