everytime i turn a corner or make a sherp turn the wheels make a grinding noise and it shakes the whole car.ANY HELP . it is a 2003 4x2 xlt expedition with 3000 on it
Clutch pack in the rear diff -- i.e. you need to have yours replaced. Your service dept will be able to find the TSB once they reproduce it (mine did).
Have you put on aftermarket wheels or tires in a larger size? Can you see any evidence of wear or rubbing on the inside of the tire sidewall or fender liner?
Have you checked the lug nuts for tightness? Examined the tires for roundness and ply separation?

Since it is so new and the problem seemingly easily reproduced, just take in it. We can all sit here and guess what it is but in the end the service deptartment will still diagnose it themselves.
Just tell US how they fixed it and what the orginal problem was.
Go to another dealership! Sadly most of the Ford dealerships I have seen are totally incompetent! They don't know the vehicles and they shouldn't even be working on them. I know my local dealership has some of the most incompetent people that I have ever seen in my life! I used to take my truck to the Lincoln Mercury dealership. Even though it was a Ford they are still more qualified to do the work. They have since now closed and I will drive 30 miles extra to go to another dealer!
I think there's a thread in here about this problem.
The problem is originating from the LS which pushes the front tires forward due to the clutch is not disengaging on the rear LS that's why the wheel in front shakes but it's actually skipping the pavement.
I would suggest you look for the thread to have a better understanding.
