i have this pos car thats ben siting in my yard for a while and cant get rid of it because i dont have the title does anyone have any ideas of what to do with it. Its a 88 subaru gl with 1600 miles anyone want it?
i had 2 of them a while back.they are a piece of junk.put a sign on it "free to a good home". i tied my dog to one of them and he pulled the bumper off it
its so bad i dont think any one would take it for free. it has 3 flat tires no glass whatsoever no interior neghbors kids got drunk and smashed the fenders in and also stol the radio and smashed the dash . I was thinking about bereing it.
if you go down to the local court house at the licensing division you can get a new title...not that hard and should be too much, i know here you can get a new one for 5 bucks....
well does she still want the vehicle? if not then have her 'sell' it to you. go get a new title and have it transfered over into your name. not that hard really.
I dont think she will go for that. this lady is syko her brother bought her this car in 91 and she promased to pay him back a year went buy and still no money so her brother took the car away from her and parked it in a field. it sat there for 10 years then i came along and got the car to run and he said i could have it and because of this she is ticked .
Take it to the junkyard in pieces....if you don't take it as a whole car they will most likley take it I when I say in pieces I mean in small chunks, mixed with other scrap over several weeks/months... or call a local guy that scrapps for a living ad have him come get it...he will just piece it out and take it to the scrap yard in pieces.
well then you are screwed....he gave you a car he didnt own. you will just have to wait untill she gets out and then let her have it back. nothing you can do about it, unless his name was on the title also, then you can have him get a new title and then transfer it over to your name....
Does the psycho lady in jail who owns the car know you and that you have the car? If not, I'd say either call the cops and see if they can get it towed, or tow it yourself to a no parking space somewhere, it'll get towed eventually lol
