Explorer Supercharger ????
DO THEY MAKE A SUPERCHARGER FOR THE 4.0 V6 OHV OR WILL ONE FIT OFF OF ANOTHER FORD MAKE

yea i have only seen 1 first gen explorer with a supercharger on it. I dont know of any kits that are made for 91-94s but im sure with the right amount of money you could get one custom installed on it.

Call Joh Vanek at Explorer Express. I don't know if he has any BBK kits left or not, but he can tell you where to get one if he doesn't have them.
I know he used to carry them, but don't know if he still does or not. They are also working on a kit for the SOHC also...

Well, I just talked to John V and he said the BBK kit has been discontinued.
So that leaves you at having to fabricate a kit.
You could take a Eaton M60 and fabricate an upper intake, pulley brackets, and intake port (from the throttle body to the Eaton), and make a kit yourself. There would also be some vaccum lines you would have to reroute, but it is doable. You could also do the same with one of Vortech's also. I don't know exactly what all would intail with it though...
