Where is the VOTM?

Trying to set my idle the instructions on the truck says to disconnect the vacuum from the VOTM (Vacuum Operated Throttle Modulator). I just can't find it! No mention of it in my manual either.

I have a 351W with EGR and all the emission crap attached and a Holly 4180 Carb.

Hope someone can point me in the right direction.

the votm is the same as the decel throttle control kicker adjustment located on the drivers side in front of the curb idle screw
