Looking to buy
Hey all, I finally talked the wife in to letting me get an Excursion. So I need to know what are the good years, bad years, reliability common problems, and such. I am leaning towards the Diesel but really like the v10 as well. Probably wont tow very often so looking for opinions. Thanks in advance.

They're all good. Just find one with the powertrain and options that you want, get it checked out and then work out a fair deal. You really cannot go wrong.
The "worst" part about owning an Excursion and using this forum is your wallet will be empty more often.

Thanks Monsta. I missed a good opportunity this week to pick up a 200 Limited X with the 7.3 for a real good deal. So The search goes on. You will all be the first to know when She comes home with me!!!! Thanks again.
