I work with hospital data systems, and am constantly getting patient examples. The best patient name I ever saw was Phat Ho.

My supervisor previous supervisor's name was Donn Johnson. We would get a lot a funny looks on business trips.
When I was in college I new a Tailback named Tyrone Rush. We played a team in the DII payoffs that year with a Quarterback named Bobby Pass. Then there is the attorney in Louisville Kentucky with an attitude problbem named Richard Head . . .

I count among my customers Gregory Peck, Cary Grant, and Stella Stella. I graduated from high school with Candy Cotton and Calvin Hor. You can just imagine the comments HE heard:
-as we're driving down their street: "Hey, isn't that the Hor House?"
-"Hey, Calvin- is it true your sister's a Hor? Oh, and your Mom, too?"
