ford authorized modification

I own an 03 F250 PSD. Today I was looking under the hood and noticed a sticker that said Ford Authorized Modification. The following was on it 3C34-BDC 5-13-03. My truck build date is 4/03. Is this a part # for a reflash? I bought it this way before knowing about the flashes. My truck runs great but smokes alittle blue once in awhile when first started in the morning. Are dealers allowed to reflash before selling?

my truck smokes slightly when started in the morning. I figured its because its a diesel, and is cold after sitting for a while.

2003 6.0 - thats for the icp sensor that was replaced, the smoke can and should be eliminated with the dec flash....
