Was there a truck that came with limited slip standard to fit my truck ?

Sounds like Dave85zxt has a 94 150 with LS, see his posting about gear lube. So I would guess there is one for your year, but I don't know much about 150s.

Yes, pretty much any Ford trac-lok with 31-splines can be used in your truck. Look on the door jam on potential donor trucks to see if they have LS. The axle code will have a two numbers for open diff (ie: code "19"), and a letter and number for trac-lok (ie: "code H9"); Check out these threads on others who have done the swap:
