backfire

i have a slight backfire out of my new carb when the engine is cold, is that normal? i did the timing and thats right, did a complete tune up, i adjusted just about everything on the new carb and i cant find any vacuum leaks, any suggestions?

so i guess it did not do this with the old carb. if it is not the timing then mavbe it is time to get your valves checked or have your heads rebuilt
