Help... I have a 2000 X with the V10. I lifted it 6" last spring and other than a slight vibration between 25 ans 30mph, everything has been great. However, this morning It developed a pretty severe vibration between 40 and 55 mph. I do not believe that it is the tires (Not the same vibration)... ANY IDEAS??
Your u-joints are shot if nobody took the time to match the operating angles when the lift was installed. Or worse your drive shaft is shot cause the splines are worn out from running with insufficiant contact. Could be either or both.
Thanks Spartan... Wierd that it happened litterally overnight, but I've seen stranger things.. I will replace the U-Joints tomorrow and if thats not it, It's off to the Shaft Shop.. Thanks Again..
