i have one on a set of saw horses at our shop.floor is solid underside is solid does have some rust but not bad for its age

the only solution I can see is to go west... and look for a rust free donor truck that you can salvage and use for parts only... shipping entire bed would be pretty expensive...

There is a place just north of Rt80 on Rt155 of Dubois, PA. The guy takes a semi out west & brings them back by the truckload. I have heard prices anywhere from $650-1250 depending on condition.

well, yes I agree with you - bed on my truck looks a lot better even though the truck has spent most of it's life in northern Michigan... but for $50.00??? for a local guy that can handle a little sandblasting and paint???
