her parents are friends with his parents and they also like her ex
her parents like me alot too and her dad and i talk alot about the army cause he was in logistics and worked with stealths.
her ex dont know jack crap bout military so me and her dad get along alot better than her ex and her dad. but her mom loves him....im sure i can change that if it really came down to that but itd be hard

i would walk away but this has to be takin care of otherwise he wont stop.
and i cant and wont walk away from my gf but im also not gonna just sit there and watch him mess with her
i guess im just looking for a non violent way to handle this cause it has to be handled. if i cant find a non violent way to handle it well its gonna get handled another way.

But best thing to do is just takl to him.
Don't threaten him, or attack him
Get off of probation first
But if your over 18 sure don't attack him
I hope it works out, but if all else fails she can get a restrainging order

The PARENTS need to INFORM this exboyfriend of hers that he is NOT to disturb their daughter at all, while visiting her brother. And the brother needs to be informed also, otherwise, the ex needs to be permitted to hang out with the brother AWAY from the house.
It's your girlfriend's mess, don't take care of her past. Anybody that's related to her ex needs to either back off, or go away. Simpe as that. Otherwise, if you get involved, things will escalate.
Look at it this way, you gonna marry this girl? Are you willing to break your probation over her? Dating someone for 1 week, doesn't justify going to jail over. Sorry.

Ask yourself yourself those questions and really dig for the true answers. If the answers are that you see a long time future with her then do what the world revolves on....Politics
Get in good with her mom and brother. Then they can pressure the ex into leaving their daughter/sister alone. Have your girlfriend tell the parents what the ex has been doing. You dont want to **** off a parent over their 16 year old princess. Dont resort to violence, it'll only make it harder to deal with.

Another tid bit . . . some guys don't take getting humiliated in public. And some don't intimidate easily. Then things can't get WAAAAY out of hand.
Let her take the lead on this or walk away. When you can do that . . . you know your mature and really a man. If she wants a boy, maybe she's still a little girl.

take the advice you're being given.being on probation sucks, and you're automatically wrong in the eyes of the law, don't make it worse by doing something stupid.
lots of girls like to play guys into fights for no real reason.If she really doesn't like this guy's attention, she'd have her dad stop it.
as for the public humiliation/beating thing, do you really need to create enemys for yourself?if you stomp a mud hole in his butt, how do you know he's not a psycho, who'll try to poison you, blow up your car, burn down your house,whatever. people have gotten shot over less, and being right sucks if you're dead.
do yourself a favor and handle it like an ADULT.

the old boyfriend game is an annoying thing. had the same thing happen to me years ago. maybe she likes the attention and wants to see someone fight over her. fighting never solved anything.
what you really need is an intervention .
get 8 of your buddies that he doesnt know, have a meeting with this 15 year old guy. do not threaten him with the blood on the carpet thing, just inform him that his little romance has come to an end and he needs to go back to strokin it to some other female. and to leave this one alone. then tell him about other young males who have violated other peoples relationships and things that have happened to them because of it. But dont directly threaten him. then ask him to join you for burgers and fries, your treat ! of course now make sure you eat at the mcdonalds two towns over. and then drive off leaving him there after you feed him of course. but be nice but be firm no violence. that way you wont be charged with anything. and as for leaving him, tell anyone that he walked away and you dont know where he went.

thanks alot for ur input its help alot. i know for a fact that she dont like him nor is she attracted to him any more..that i do know. ill get a few of my friends and we'll have talk with him. as for takin him to mcdonalds a few towns over...i dunno if this kid is good enough to ride in a ford...ill let my friend take him in his chebbie.
