Howdy all.
I'm going to be towing a bumnper-pull horse trailer.
I tow with an Excursion V-10 4x4 now (2000).
I'm looking at the F250/F350, 4x4 w/ the 6.0 diesel. I don't want the dually. I live on a narrow road and have to park in the street. I can see the truck getting hit nightly.
Price starts at $500 over dealer invoice and then I can subtract the rebates (i.e. $500 for AQHA).
1. F250 or F350? Price is similar for the Lariat trim level.
2. Is that a decent deal?
3. Any other dealer options I should get or insist upon beyond the tow package?
