Need more info: does the noise occur while driving only? or when you rev the motor while the truck is parked? Where does the vibration seem to be coming from? Have you added any aftermarket parts to the truck? Is the truck brand new? or did you buy it used? from a dealer or private party?
Give us some more info please and maybe we can help narrow it down...

Daryl; Truck is brand new from dealer; they already replaced left front wheel bearing, just guessing that might be it. I have no aftermarket parts. and yes, you can feel it when parked and rev it;
it is just not as "pronounced" as when moving;

I have an 04 with an 04 motor...mine had the vibration from day 1...it appears to be the turbo drone....mine does it in all gears at 1500 to 1700 rpms.....Ford is working on according to my dealer...
