2002 excursion front axle

2002 excursion front axle
I have read that for 2002 the excursion got the dana 60 front axle. In 2001 and prior it was supposed to have the dana 50. Is there a way to identify which I have for sure? There were a bunch of codes on the differential housing that I could not decode. Thanks.
