Misc turbo part numbers needed
I have been looking for a parts breakdown for the Ford IDI turbo. What I'm looking for is the fastener that holds the exhaust pipe to the turbo outlet extension pipe. It is one of the things that did not get sent with the turbo. Not sure what it would look like, but I would guess that it is a ring type clamp and should have some type of gasket/doughnut between the two pipes.
#2 part number needed. Where the exhaust from both banks come together, a exhaut pipe goes up into the inlet pipe of the intake of the turbo. I looks like it just slides into it, but there is no evidence of an "O"ring or gasket. Is there one that goes between these two parts?
#3 In the assorment of nuts and bolts that was sent is a spring that is about 5/16" in diameter, about 6" long and has a rubber tip that is flat. the impression on the end of it looks as if it was seated against something. I have no idea where this goes. Main reason I was looking for an IPB (illistrated parts breakdown)

My ATS kit did not have a clamp in the #1 location, nor did it have a gasket. The turbo outlet pipe did fit in it snugly though. I welded a bracket to this pipe and attached it to my tranny to make sure it did not drop out. It does not leak there.
In the #2 location my pipe was a two piece pipe with a clamp on the bottom center of the pipe, and it was held by the clamp on the drivers side exhaust manifold. No O ring or gasket in this location either. It does not leak either.
I am sorry but mine did not have the spring in the kit so I can not help there.
