Exclamation Finally!!

Some pics are up, the red model on my monitor is a Christmas gift from my son (8 yrs) . He heard daddy say he would like a Lightning, so he bought me one. BTW the file size restrictions on the gallery are a little small IMO. Also how abut longer download window before timing out for the few of us still on a slow dialup. Pics are not the best , but that's all the daylight I had after installing new shocks yesterday. I'll do better later.

Nice truck. Now I see what you mean by the filter box and the holes! lol

If you really want to get it working just take the box out and cut everything off except the part that fits around the filter (so it will hold it on). I did that today, and I think it actually made a very small difference. Ah, the beauties modding!

BTW, I'm going to post more pics tonight or tomorrow depending on what time it is of my truck and a couple of new mods.

Sweet, I had the same idea, but do it the lazy man's way and get the dremel tool out with a cutting wheel and hack off what I don't want. Maybe this week, I've installed new shocks, changed the oil, and flushed and filled the cooling system in the last two days, in addition to my honeydo's. I've just gotta change the plugs, and change the diff oil, and I'll be okay for a while.
