I have a 1995 F150 with not brake lights, turn signals or hazzard signals. The third brake light over the cab works. The bulbs and fuse in fuse panel checks good.
Yea, the infamous multi-function switch. The third brake light is hooked directly to the brake switch, but the brake lights run through the turnsignal/multi-function switch.
Originally posted by OCShawn29 I just encountered the same problem. My front blinkers work, but blink fast. The rear blinkers, brake, parking, and reverse light does not work.
Would this apply to the turnsignal/multi-function switch suggestion?
I would agree with the other poster and say no. The parking/running lights are a seperate circuit, as is the back-up light circuit. What is common to all these would be a ground somewhere on the bed, or like was suggested previously, a wiring connector or harness problem.
All set. It was a loose connection, took about 10 minutes to find the problem. I was off-roading, hit a couple of boulders, busted the rear end and pulled the plug located above the spare tire. Should have been smart enough to figure it myself, but what the hell.
