Exhaust Cutout?
Has anyone ever tried using the Mr Gasket, Exhaust Cutouts?
It's basically a "Y" gate. It allows you to send your exhaust out one or the other of the two discharge ports.
The part number is: 5424
They have a cable attached so that from in your cab, you can select having your exhaust go out through your muffler or out a straight pipe.
I was thinking it would be kind of cool to have a quiet muffler and a glasspack that you could switch between.
I wonder about the durability of the gating mechanism?
Any thoughts?

I'll try to get a sound clip of my truck with the flowtech warlocks here pretty soon. They have the plugs in the back. They sound great with the plugs in and out. The FE with open headers sounds awesome!

I had a cut out gate on an old truck once, they wouldnt pass the inspection with it on.... that was a few yrs ago here in PA, so I dunno what they would do now.
that is a cool idea... quiet driving when your ears cant take it and wide open when you want need it...
